If your stadium seat's lock doesn't engage, pull the top down towards the bottom and then reposition the seat in it's original flat position before repositioning to desired angle. Be sure to start from the fully flat position, and if you pull the seat all the way forward the positioning starts over. Watch this video for more help!

To adjust your stadium seat simply hold the seat down with one hand and use your other hand to move the back of the seat forward first and then backward to lock into desired position. Watch this video for more help!

Both our stadium seat with armrests and our folding stadium seat come with a bottom hook to create added support while on the bleachers. The seat works best when it is balanced evenly on the bleachers. The hook is intended for added stability and is not meant to be used as a way to recline the stadium seat. Please ensure that the hook is not loose and is securely under the bleacher before use.

We get it, those stands can get rowdy! If your stadium seat gets a little dirty, we recommend spot cleaning it with a non-bleach stain remover (like Folex). Make sure your seat is fully dry before storing. We do not recommend removing the seat cover for washing.

To close your wagon, first ensure the velcro strap on the underside of the insert is attached to the bar either to the right or left of the center of the frame. Pull up on the velcro strap to collapse the wagon. Watch this video for more help!

To replace your insert, simply unhook the velcro from both ends of the wagon, as well as the velcro attached to the frame at the bottom and remove. Lay your new insert in the frame flat, hooking the bottom velcro strap to the bar either to the right or left of the center of the frame first. Then attach the ends to the frame with velcro and fit the triangle flaps over the middle of each side of the frame. Watch this video for more help!

To close the tailgate on your tailgate wagon simply lift the tailgate up and wrap the straps at the end of your wagon around the frame of the tailgate by going in between the tailgate frame and the insert and securing to the velcro on the outside of the wagon. Watch this video for more help!

We do not recommend putting your insert into your washing machine, but using a non-bleach stain remover (like Folex) is a great way to spot clean your insert! Just make sure it is fully dry before storing your insert.

Our blankets are completely washable (no bleach, please). They are picnic, dog, mud and fun-friendly!

The outside of your backpack cooler should stay dry when in use, but please be careful not to put sharp objects into the cooler compartment as this will puncture the lining and can cause the cooler to leak.

Your backpack cooler has a main, insulated compartment that is quite roomy (did you see the video where we fit 30 16oz water bottles in there?). There is an additional dry compartment on the front, two extra zippered-pockets, and two mesh-lined cupholders on the side. We can't forget the discreet keychain to keep up with important items like your keys, and the ever-handy bottle-opener located on the backpack strap!

For inside spills, we recommend wiping the liner down with a gentle rag or paper towel (you can use your favorite dish soap for those sticky messes). We also encourage spot cleaning with a non-bleach stain remover for the smaller messes on the outside of the cooler. You can wash your cooler in the washing machine on the delicate cycle, just be sure to empty the pockets first and pre-treat any bigger stains. The cooler should be air-dried before storage.
